After you figure out what you might be interested in to make your event super special, you will need to reserve these pieces with a 50% non-refundable deposit and sign the rental contract. Most rentals will be for a 24-hour period unless we have made prior arrangements with you. This is the ONLY way to reserve. Your balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. Anything reserved two weeks prior to your event will require payment in full at the time of contract signing. A credit card is kept on file for damages or non-return of inventory.
Oklahoma as you know has very unpredictable weather so…plan accordingly. It will be your responsibility that the pieces are protected at ALL times. If your event is outside, please fill me in on your rain plan!
Arrangements can be made to have items delivered on a case by case basis. Although, there must be at least $200 worth of merchandise to make it worth your expense to have it delivered.
Yes you can. With that being said, proper transportation and protection of pieces must be adhered to. It will be my decision to not allow pick up if I feel that the merchandise is not going to be properly transported.
Yes! I can help style your event for a predetermined fee. Movers may be needed!
That is fine as long as the pieces are available. You will still be required to pay contracted amount. So, different pieces would need to be of the same rental value or more.
